Group Impact Director

This is a senior strategic leadership role for someone who can operate at executive level, think in systems, and turn a company's conservation and community commitments into measurable, credible outcomes. You'll need to be equally comfortable presenting to a board and building relationships with community and conservation partners on the ground. Core Criteria:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Conservation, Development Studies, ESG, Business, Tourism or a related field
• Minimum 10 years' experience in sustainability, ESG, conservation or impact management, ideally in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record developing impact strategies, ESG frameworks and reporting systems
• Experience operating across multi-country or regional business environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership management experience, including with executive teams
