This newly created and high-impact role will act as a key strategic partner to the CHRO and senior leadership team, driving the organisation’s talent agenda to support its next phase of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Group Head of Talent will lead the development and execution of an integrated talent strategy spanning leadership development, succession planning, organisational capability, learning and development, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
