Job Description
Lead Midrand operations and drive group-wide strategic, financial, and marketing performance across all entities. You will be personally accountable for achieving monthly revenue targets, rolling out a multi-entity marketing plan, recruiting sales & BD talent per region, and managing a performance-based bonus pool to motivate staff.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business Management (or a related field)
- Proven track record achieving monthly revenue targets
- Experience managing multi-location teams (10+ members)
- Experience recruiting sales/BD teams and designing bonus schemes
- Willingness to lead marketing roll out (direct experience preferred but not mandator...
