Group FP&A Lead: AI-Driven Forecasting & Strategy

Galderma, located in Zug, Switzerland, is seeking a Group FP&A Lead to own short-term planning, Latest Outlook, and Annual Budgeting, guiding a high-performing FP&A team and linking operational drivers to P&L.

You will partner with Group CFO and cross-functional teams to deliver forecast accuracy, transform FP&A processes with AI, and provide strategic insights for resource allocation at the group level in a multinational setting.
