Introduction

Strong technical accounting Group Financial Manager with BCom and articles required for national role.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Monthly consolidation and review of financial results for multiple regions and divisions
2. Manage and oversee finance team
3. Monthly financial reporting meetings with all regional FMs
4. Group level reporting including flash reports with commentary, forecasts and submission, quarterly finance board report (IFRS)
5. Balance sheet recons
6. Cashflow management
7. Provisional and annual tax returns and tax calculations
8. Monthly ESG reporting and representation of the company in this regard
9. Fixed asset management
10. All financial statutories including VAT, payroll returns and submission
11. Review payroll third party payments
12. Manage training spend recons
13. Stats SA submission
14. BBBEE TMPS spend reporting
