Group Finance Partner — Strategy, Forecasting & Analytics

Gallagher is seeking a commercially minded Group Finance Business Partner to drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic finance across its global operations. You will lead a small finance team, oversee treasury forecasting and the insurance portfolio, and partner with senior leaders to deliver analytics‑driven performance insights.

Reporting to the CFO, the role emphasises commercial challenge, capital prioritisation and continuous improvement in planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
