Job Description
- Consolidate and oversee financial reporting across multiple entities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and internal governance requirements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow at group level.
- Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Improve financial controls, processes, and risk management.
- Lead and develop finance teams across the group.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators.
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years’ post-articles experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong multi‑entity consolidation experience.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational level.
