The Youth Services of the City of Rovaniemi is seeking a group facilitator for the Youth Workshop Kulttuuriverstas for a permanent position.
Kulttuuriverstas offers workshop activities for young people aged 15‑28 at Monitoritalo Mondella. The workshop activities support young people's daily management, self‑awareness, and work‑life skills through cultural youth work methods. Activities are divided into two groups: Kota focuses on nature‑ and art‑based methods as well as everyday skills, and Verstas provides practical experience in cultural sector tasks such as photography, theatre, and media production, including everyday skills. Both groups offer content that prepares for qualifications (TuVa).
In addition to group facilitation, individual coaching is provided.
