Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated professional fitness group class coach with personal training experience to join our team.
As a fitness coach, you will lead engaging and effective group fitness classes. We are looking for someone who excels in coaching group training, possesses strong personal training skills, and embodies the qualities of a good employee, including professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Maintain the highest standard of the coaching set within the company Coaches Manual
Coach a minimum of three classes a day, expected to coach four classes a day
To perform fitness sessions and one-to-one personal training sessions.
