Martis Search are seeking an experienced and commercially minded leader to join our senior leadership team as “Group Director – Operations, Platforms & Governance” for a boutique Asset Management client.

The role is based in Zurich, Switzerland and requires someone with strong FINMA Swiss Regulatory Compliance experience. This is a standalone role, working in a small office, but collaboratively with other global offices they have.

This is a highly strategic role responsible for designing, implementing and continuously enhancing the Group's global operating platform.
