Group Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Your Mission Batgroup is looking for a battle-tested Chief Operating Officer to lead and scale the operational backbone of our brands. You will oversee the entire agent and customer lifecycle, from recruitment and training to payroll. You will be a core pillar of the Executive Team with regular exposure to the Board of Directors, shaping the long-term strategic direction of Batgroup.
