We're looking for an exceptional Group Head – Finance & Strategy to join a diversified listed multinational group with operations across India, Africa, and Southeast Asia .

This is a strategic leadership role partnering directly with the CEO & MD to drive financial excellence, capital allocation, business strategy, governance, investments, and long-term growth across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Group Finance, Treasury, Capital Structure & Banking
• Drive strategic planning, execution, and performance governance
• Lead fundraising with Indian & international banks, DFIs and financial institutions
