Group CFO / Finance Director - High Growth SME

To be part of the management team, given stewardship to lead the finance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as strategic business partner to the CEO and shareholders, shaping business strategy, strengthening finance controls, and driving financial planning and key decisions.
• Lead fundraising efforts across the APAC and EU regions, including investor engagement, financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance reporting.
• Design scalable finance processes, governance frameworks, and internal controls to support business growth.
• Manage relationships with the board, investors, banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
• Advise leadership on profitability, investment decisions, cost optimization, and growth opportunities.
