Grounds & Facilities Maintenance Worker

Maple Leaf Marinas (“MLM” ) is the largest owner and operator of marinas, marine resorts, and boat dealerships in Canada. MLM’s fast growing portfolio comprises 21 locations throughout the Lake Simcoe, Georgian Bay and Muskoka Regions.

We’re looking for a dependable and hands‑on Onsite Maintenance Worker to support the day‑to‑day upkeep of our marina and facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks.

Compensation for this position is $22 per hour. We offer a positive team environment, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property maintenance (groundskeeping, cleaning, minor repairs)
• Assist with dock upkeep and seasonal maintenance tasks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Support team members with various onsite projects as needed
