Ground Operations Training Specialist

Air Arabia seeks a Learning & Development role to develop and deliver Ground Operations training across the company in Sharjah. You will act as a role model for ground operations excellence in actions, behaviour, and appearance.

You will work with the Ground Operations Training Manager to ensure compliant, safe, and high‑quality training, providing coaching, adhoc sessions, and thorough reporting. Strong aviation experience and IATA qualifications are preferred.
