Job Description
Job Purpose
This multi-functional role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and operational support across both the Winners Circle Desk and the hotel’s front desk reception. The role ensures seamless guest interactions, loyalty programme facilitation, check-in/check-out processes, and service coordination to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
Grade 12
Minimum Requirements
Hospitality/Front desk experience preferred
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Knowledge of Winners Circle and Opera systems advantageous
Working shifts (incl weekends and public holidays)
Main Responsibilites
Deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience by managing both Winners Circle Desk and hotel reception operations.
Ensure efficient loyalty programme facilitation, accurate guest data management, and digital engagement.
