Twin Valley Co-op is hiring a Grocery Manager in Russell, Manitoba.

• Provide strong leadership and support to all grocery team members.
• Provide top notch customer service satisfaction.
• Organise, direct and co‑ordinate the operations of the grocery store team.
• Achieve budgeted goals.
• Maintain consistent buying and selling policies.
• Ensure merchandising, product and facility image are at the highest standards.
• Be responsible for accounting and reporting procedures as required.
• Assume responsibility for maintaining competitive prices and initiating price checks.
• Assist Food Manager to prepare and implement the annual budget.
