Grinding Operations Supervisor

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking an Engineering Supervisor (Grinding Department) at our Joo Koon facility. You will supervise operations to meet production targets, guide staff and coordinate with Maintenance to minimise downtime.

Responsibilities include planning manpower, ensuring safety and quality standards, analysing issues and implementing improvements, and preparing production KPIs. Diploma holders with relevant manufacturing experience are invited to apply.
