Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness throughout the cooking area.
• Assist in the mise-en-place process to ensure all ingredients and tools are ready for cooking.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and preferences promptly.
