Grid Connections Manager (Renewable Energy Projects)

Leap29 are working with a rapidly growing international renewable energy developer operating across the full project lifecycle, including development, construction, and operation of wind, solar, and emerging Power-to‑X technologies.

The Grid Connections Manager will play a critical role in delivering grid connections for renewable energy projects across the UK, primarily solar PV.

This role spans the full project lifecycle—from development and grid offer stage through to construction, commissioning, and handover—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will work closely with internal EPC teams, external contractors, DNOs/TSOs, and key stakeholders to manage all aspects of grid connection delivery.

The role is on Hybrid, 3 days in Glasgow 2 days remote.
