Greenspaces & Projects Officer

Contract: 12 month interim (potential extension). Working Pattern: Office-based with flexibility for agile working. We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-regarded local authority partnership, to support the delivery of high-profile environmental and community projects across Bromsgrove and Redditch. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping greener, more vibrant public spaces and delivering visible improvements that benefit local communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on the delivery of capital investment programmes.
• Manage Section 106 funding from feasibility through to completion.
• Oversee contractor performance and project delivery.
• Support Green Flag standard improvements across parks and open spaces.
• Contribute to funding bids and service development strategies.
