Roles & Responsibilities:
Possess comprehensive knowledge of terminologies and best practices in the Green Building sector.Coordinate and manage green certification progress with site and design teams.Collaborate with project teams to develop customized sustainability solutions for clients.Monitor the design process and site activities to ensure adherence to sustainability objectives and client requirements.Facilitate documentation for Green Building certifications (LEED, GRIHA & IGBC).Creatively develop and present technical materials; represent L&T at technical forums and conferences.Conduct design/tender reviews to ensure incorporation of green building requirements.Conduct site visits and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance with site sustainability requirements.Handle documentation for pre-certification and final certification of projects.Work on review replies a...
