Job Description
Were hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to support day-to-day design needs across digital content. This role is focused on creating clean, engaging visuals for video content, social media, and brand assets. Youll be working on things like thumbnails, promotional graphics, and basic brand materials.
What This Role Involves
Youll be designing consistently, not occasionally. Speed and consistency matter just as much as creativity. A big part of the work will be creating thumbnails for video and podcast content, so you should understand what makes a design clickable and clear.
Responsibilities
- Design YouTube and podcast thumbnails
- Create social media graphics and promotional visuals
- Design posters, simple brand assets, and marketing materials
- Follow existing brand styles and keep visuals consistent
- Make quick revisions based on feedback
- Organize and export files properly
