We are looking for a designer who doesn't just make things pretty but takes absolute ownership of the design life cycle, allowing our Creative Head to focus on strategy rather than QC.
2. Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the design process from initial brief in Notion to final export. You are responsible for meeting deadlines without firefighting. Zero-Defect Output: Conduct your own Quality Control (QC). The goal is for your manager to provide high-level creative direction, not to fix alignment or spelling errors.
