Graphic Designer (Colombia)

The Graphic Designer is a core member of Silver Lining’s Storytelling Team, responsible for bringing our brand identities to life across every visual touchpoint. This role owns the day‑to‑day design execution for our three brands: Silver Lining (the parent company), silv=r (our tech‑enabled, behavior‑change‑science platform), and small.news (our media platform).

This is a full‑time role. You will work closely with the Storytelling team and collaborate with other teams to produce polished, on‑brand design assets for social media, digital platforms, and internal/external marketing materials. You’ll be the person who ensures that what we say visually is as strong as what we say in words.
