Graduation Events Lead — Large-Scale Ceremonies

Unitec, now MIT|Unitec in Auckland, is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to lead end-to-end graduation ceremonies and other high-profile events. You’ll coordinate planning, venues, suppliers, invites and on-the-day delivery to ensure exceptional experiences for graduates, whānau, staff and guests.

Reporting to the Event Manager, you’ll manage logistics, run sheets, contingency plans, and post‑event reviews while building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
