Graduate Trainee: Information and Communication Technology

Purpose of this Programme
An internship with ECIC’s ICT Unit gives graduates the opportunity to gain relevant experience in a corporate environment while assisting with desktop and local area network (LAN) support to ECIC users and ensuring continued system availability.
Responsibilities & exposure
Serve as the initial contact for users of all IT supported systems, applications and services in operation;
Administer, maintain, service and support approximately 90 end users;
Hardware setup and support (including monitoring and updating inventory of computer
equipment), PC’s, printers, wireless network, switches and cabling;
Software installation and support for various operating systems (Windows 11, Windows
Server), Office 365 productivity and collaboration tools, SharePoint, Active directory and other business applications;
Administer and maintain company's e-mail and internet facilities;
