Graduate Trainee – Emirati Talent Program

Job Purpose

We are looking to hire ambitious UAE National fresh graduates under a centralized HR budget , with the objective of developing and placing them into permanent roles across the organization based on their academic background, capabilities, and business needs .

This role is designed to support Emiratization strategy by building a strong pipeline of future talent aligned with the company’s long-term workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Join the organization under the Emirati Talent Program managed by the HR department
• Gain initial exposure to the business through structured onboarding and short-term placements
• Work closely with HR and department heads to identify the best-fit function based on:

• Business demand
