Salary: £27,711 to £30,060

Working Arrangements: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week

Status of Employment: Fixed Term for 18 months

Graduate Service Improvement Officer

Key duties and responsibilities

• Provide support in delivering the Service Improvement Framework and Policy and Procedure Framework.
• Develop policies and procedures that put the customer at the centre of what we do, using data, intelligence, legislation and customer insight.
• Research, analyse & communicate the implications of changes in Housing legislation and regulation, preparing briefing notes and reports for the Senior Management Team.
• Utilise bespoke systems to obtain data and analyse/interpret the data to meet service requirements.
