Majid Al Futtaim offers a graduate program of up to 18 months with on-the-job rotations across multiple business functions and structured learning opportunities. You will gain exposure to various areas and work with experienced professionals to build a strong organizational foundation.

The program includes six months of general rotations, twelve months in a specialized area, and participation in learning and development activities to sharpen skills and contribute to company projects.
