• Oversee a team, guiding it to achieve organizational goals by planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and managing resources.
• Staff appraisal and performance planning.

Programme Oversight

• Lead the administration of both Postgraduate Coursework (PGC) and Postgraduate Research (PGR) programmes.Oversee the daily operations of admissions, examination activities, graduation processes, student welfare and to ensure compliance with university’s academic and regulatory requirements.
