Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in preparing documents, reports, technical materials or customer‑related information.
• Contribute to the coordination of internal and external communication for ongoing projects.
• Participate in the development and implementation of team plans and operational processes.
• Assist in data analysis, market research, competitor benchmarking and preparation of presentations.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and general counterparts to ensure smooth workflow and on‑time task delivery.
• Support the organization of meetings, customer visits, or technical reviews as required.
• Help maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reporting tools under the guidance of team leaders.
