Job Description
We’re looking for someone to take the lead on coordinating webinars for our enterprise clients.
You’ll work closely with the Partnerships / Workplace team to plan events, pull together content and comms, track registrations, and keep stakeholders updated.
Post-event, you’ll share insights, support lead handover, and help maximise follow-up opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing things together, working across teams, and delivering a smooth client experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Highly organised and proactive – managing lots of mini-projects end to end
- Confident communicator (even if still developing) – as we work with multiple teams and external clients you have to be comfortable to ask
- Digitally curious and quick to pick up systems – confident to learn (as we are here to teach is key)
