Graduate Drilling & Wells Engineer - Offshore Program

Vår Energi, a leading Norwegian independent upstream oil and gas company, invites graduates to join its Graduate Programme as a drilling & wells engineer. You will work across on- and offshore roles to build hands-on experience from day one.

We seek recently graduated or to-graduate in 2027 with a Master’s degree in relevant studies, English fluency, and 0–2 years of experience. You will learn in a collaborative, safety‑focused environment and be mentored throughout the programme.
