You’ll join a 12-month development programme designed for recent graduates looking to build a career in insurance. From day one, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in cyber insurance, learning how risks are assessed, placed, and managed, while developing your technical, commercial, and client‑facing skills.

Throughout the programme, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, receive structured support, and build relationships with colleagues, mentors, and senior leaders across Howden. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a permanent role.
