**Need to have**
- Master's degree in Materials Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Maintenance, or a closely related field.
- Solid fundamentals in materials and degradation mechanisms (corrosion, fatigue, fracture), and knowledge of mechanical/structural integrity.
- Working proficiency in Norwegian for operational and safety-critical communication, ensuring effective collaboration with offshore crews and understanding of local documentation.
- Valid EEA work permit and the ability to work from relevant office locations (Trondheim, Stavanger, or Fornebu).
