The **Government Affairs Administrative Assistant** will be based in Washington DC and is responsible for providing and coordinating administrative support to the State Government Affairs Senior, Director for Mid-Continent Region and serve as backup support to the Federal Affairs Senior, Administrative Assistant.

***This is an onsite position in our Washington, DC office.**

**What You’ll Do**

+ Managing schedules/calendars, including facilitating conferences and meetings.
+ Arranging domestic and international travel.
+ Processing expense reports.
+ General office administration, correspondence and documentation.
+ Preparing and revising consultant contracts.
+ Processing vendor invoices, political contributions and charitable donations.
