Governance Intern


Objective


Responsible for ensuring the policies, procedures on the company's internal portal through an electronic approval process in order to guarantee timely completion of the activities requested for certifications and/or audits adding value to Nemak.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process all document requests (creation, update, and/or deletion).

  • Communicate the status of published documents so that, if necessary, they can be updated (applies to documents that were reviewed more than 2 years ago) or deleted.

  • Process all RQS’s (Request for Quotation) requirements

  • Support the department’s e-learning campaigns to achieve 96% or higher compliance

  • Support in several activities for specific governance projects (Analysis, investigation, presentations, etc.)

  • Active college student at least one year left before graduation.
