Governance & Compliance Lead, Internal Audit

Mega Fortris Berhad is seeking a Governance, Compliance & Internal Control professional to monitor audit findings, coordinate corrective actions, and manage policies and procedures. The role interfaces with Management, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and external stakeholders to strengthen governance and promote integrity.

The incumbent will support policy governance, due diligence, NDAs and contracts, and ABAC compliance initiatives with external auditors, ensuring timely reporting and
