We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Google Ads Media Buyer who can help scale our D2C brands through YouTube Ads and the broader Google Ads ecosystem.

This is not a role for someone who simply launches campaigns, adjusts budgets, and sends weekly reports.

We’re looking for someone who understands performance marketing, creative testing, attribution, unit economics, and profitable scaling.

What you’ll work on:

• Launching and scaling YouTube performance campaigns

• Managing Google Ads across relevant campaign types

• Building structured creative testing systems for video ads

• Identifying winning hooks, angles, audiences, and offers

• Working closely with our creative team to improve ad performance

• Analysing CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, MER, and contribution margins
