Golf Course Superintendent — Lead Maintenance & Development

Ōmokoroa Golf Club is seeking an experienced Golf Course Superintendent to lead maintenance, presentation and development of our course, located minutes from Tauranga. You will manage a small team with support from a 2IC and Greenkeeper, reporting to the General Manager and Board.

The role offers a full‑time leadership position with responsibility for turf, irrigation, budget planning, health and safety, and long‑term course development. A hands‑on approach and NZ residency preferred.
