The Role

The Women's Goalkeeper Coach & Set Piece Analyst will lead the holistic development and performance of all Women’s First Team goalkeepers while supporting the club’s wider goalkeeping framework across the academy pathway.

This role combines specialist technical coaching with tactical insight, set piece analysis, and structured player development. The successful candidate will design and deliver high-performance training, implement individual development plans (IDPs), and ensure alignment between academy and senior goalkeeping philosophies.

The position plays a key role in driving standards, creating consistency across the programme, and contributing to match-winning detail through set piece strategy and analysis.
