GM - Ultra-Luxury Villa: Pre-Open & Relocation

Utopia is seeking an experienced Luxury Villa General Manager to lead the pre-opening and ongoing operations of an ultra-luxury private villa in Jericoacoara, Brazil.

This role requires a highly operational leader who has opened luxury properties from scratch, built high‑performing teams, implemented SOPs, and delivered exceptional guest experiences. Fluency in English and willingness to relocate are essential.
