Global Transactional & Commercial Counsel – TMT/FinTech

NetEase Interactive Entertainment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Group Transactional and Commercial Counsel to lead a high‑impact legal function across multiple jurisdictions. You will advise on M&A, investments and divestments, licensing, outsourcing, and technology agreements at the highest international standards.
