Global Trade Customer Support Specialist

Buckland is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Export Operations based in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. In this role, you will act as a liaison between clients and the company, providing exceptional customer service regarding import/export clearance of goods.

Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers and managing orders with a strong focus on detail and organization. Candidates must have a high school diploma, with 2 years of relevant experience in customs brokerage or logistics. Bilingualism in Spanish and English is a plus.
