Global Tax Planning Director – Trauma & Spine (Americas)

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Director of Tax Planning to lead enterprise‑level tax strategies across the Americas and global operations. Based in Switzerland or eligible locations, you will mentor a small team and drive licensing, IP migrations, and intercompany transactions while aligning with the Tax Director and global partners.

You will influence cross‑functional partners, oversee tax compliance and reporting, and ensure alignment with global tax policy and Pillar 2 considerations.
