Global Talent Sourcing & Research Specialist

Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA in Zürich is seeking an experienced researcher/sourcer to join the TA team on a 6+ month engagement focused on corporate functions. You will build strategic pipelines, map talent pools and engage passive candidates to support global hiring.

You will work closely with recruiters, deliver insights on market trends, maintain data quality in TA systems, and help hand over prospects for evaluation. Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous.
