This is a high-impact role within the Global Talent & OD function, responsible for driving enterprise-wide talent strategies that strengthen leadership pipelines, accelerate high-potential talent development, and ensure sustainable succession across critical business functions and geographies.
Reporting to the Director of Talent & OD, you will be operating in a complex, matrixed global environment, this individual will partner closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent teams to identify, assess and develop future leaders.
