Global Talent Acquisition Lead/ Expert (Customer Service)

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Talent Acquisition professional to lead global hiring for our Client Service Business Unit.

As the dedicated Talent Acquisition Expert for the Client Service BU, you will serve as the strategic hiring advisor to business leaders across global markets, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational growth. You will own the end‑to‑end talent strategy for one of the company's largest and most business‑critical business units, ensuring we continue to attract exceptional talent across all Client Service functions globally.
