As a strategic leader in the Global Study & Site Operations team, you will be accountable for overseeing the entire study lifecycle within Canada. This position demands excellence in site engagement, compliance, and governance while driving team capability and performance to meet Amgen's objectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure effective execution of clinical studies across Canada • Act as a strategic advisor on study feasibility and site selection • Develop and lead the Country/Hub team with clarity • Oversee budgets and efficient resource allocation • Chair the Country Management Team for governance and risk
